报告摘要:Currently, we rely on cryptographic algorithms such asRSA and elliptic curve cryptosystems (ECC) as basic building blocksto secure the communication in theInternet and Internet of Things (IoT. However, public key schemes like RSA and ECC can be easily broken by the upcoming quantum computers. In this talk, we focus on the current state of the art and recent developments in the area of quantum-resistant cryptosystems.We first demonstrate the impacts of quantum computers on the security of the cryptographic schemes used today, and then give an overview of the recommendations for cryptographic schemes that can be secure under the attacks of both classical and quantum computers.报告人简介:程池,中国地质大学(武汉)计算机学院信息安全系副教授,博士,主要研究方向为应用密码学与信息安全。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各一项。博士毕业于华中科技大学,2014年入选中国地质大学(武汉)“摇篮计划”。 2014年6月至8月作为访问学者访问新加坡科技设计大学;2014年11月至2016年11月受日本学术振兴会(JSPS)选拔资助,在日本九州大学任JSPS博士后研究员。报告时间:2018年10月10日。报告地点:科技楼5-502
